TGSRTC Revises Fares for Festival Special Bus Services
Festival time brings more people onto buses.
To help passengers travel, TGSRTC is running extra buses to different places.
APSRTC is also operating special services.

A government order from 2003 allows fares to be up to 50% higher for festival specials.
This is because buses may carry passengers going out but return without passengers.
Empty return trips still use diesel and require other operating expenses.
