Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched a new housing project called Mahindra Rivenza.
It is in Pune, in the Baner Annex area of Mahalunge.
The development will cover 13.46 acres.
The whole project is valued at about ₹3,500 crore.
Its first phase will have 1,236 homes.
Buyers will be offered 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences.
The announcement was made on Tuesday.
