Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy visited London to discuss his state’s future.

He asked Telugu people living abroad to help promote Telangana Rising around the world.

He also asked them to become partners in Telangana’s development.

Reddy and Minister D. Sridhar Babu met members of the Telugu community on Sunday.

Reddy said India’s Ministry of External Affairs did not allow him to travel to the United States.

He said the permission was denied for political reasons.

Because of this, he planned to return to Hyderabad instead of going to Boston.

Officials traveling with him were told to continue the United States part of the visit.

Reddy said he would discuss the matter further after returning home.
