They stopped a white Suzuki Access scooter carrying a white bag.
The rider was identified as 28-year-old Aftab Saleem Khan Pathan.
Police found 160 sealed bottles with no labels inside the bag.
The suspected liquid was valued at about ₹40,000.
The scooter was valued at ₹75,000, making the total seizure worth ₹1.15 lakh.
Police registered a case under several drug and medicines laws.
They asked people to report information about illegal narcotics through helpline 112.
