KHB Plans 70-Acre Housing Project in Bengaluru

The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) is planning a new housing project in Chunchanakuppe, near Bengaluru.

This project will cover 70 acres and include both residential plots and apartments.

The goal is to provide affordable housing for low and middle-income families.

The project is expected to cost around Rs 200 crore and will create 300 to 400 residential sites.

The KHB is currently waiting for government approval to start the development.

Once approved, the project will help meet the growing demand for housing in Bengaluru and support urban development in the city's western outskirts.
