The Karnataka Housing Board has taken over 21 acres of land in Anekal to build a big sports stadium that can hold 80,000 people.

This land is in different villages like Hannur, Annemalla, Badiga, and Attigere.

The government told everyone about this plan on November 22, and it starts on November 23.

People who own land there have 60 days to say if they have any problems with it.

The government is also planning to extend the metro to Anekal and other places.

The deputy chief minister, D.K. Shivakumar, thanked the people of Anekal for supporting the government and talked about some political challenges.
