Telangana CEO Directs Gram Sabhas to Resolve Electoral Roll Issues
Election officials in Telangana want local village and ward meetings to help fix voter-list problems.
Booth Level Officers, or BLOs, will organize these meetings at polling stations.
They will discuss voters who are absent, have moved, have died or appear more than once.
They will also discuss people whose voter records could not be matched correctly.
Officials must explain the draft voter list and check applications that were left out.
