Hyderabad July Rainfall Uneven Across Mandals
In July, the monsoon brought rain to Hyderabad, but the amount was not the same everywhere.
Some parts, like Moinabad, got a lot more rain than usual, while others, like Ghatkesar, got much less.
The overall city still got a normal amount of rain, but the differences between areas were big.
This shows how weather can be uneven even in a single city.
Hyderabad’s July rainfall was 14.3% below normal overall.
Moinabad received 59% more rain than usual, the highest excess.
Ghatkesar recorded a 50% deficit, the lowest rainfall.
Western mandals had excess rain, eastern and northeastern areas were deficient.
The city’s average hides large differences between individual mandals.
