The developer acquired 25 acres and signed a collaboration agreement covering another 169.22 acres.
The project is expected to offer about 6.77 million square feet of developable potential and generate Rs 5,500-6,000 crore in gross development value.
Plans include low-density luxury villas, green spaces, and sports, hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle facilities.
The site is near the Dwarka Expressway and has access to the KMP Expressway and Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road.
