Justice Jain: Bar-bench coordination key to speedy DRT justice

Judges and lawyers are like a sports team — when they work well together, the game goes smoothly.

A very important judge named Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain visited a court office in Jaipur that helps recover money owed to banks.

He said judges and lawyers must coordinate so people can get justice faster.

That court office is called the Debt Recovery Tribunal, or DRT.

Justice Jain leads a higher court for such disputes called the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Delhi.

He was the special guest at a meeting organized by the DRT Bar Association.

The lawyers thanked him and asked him questions about their work.

They also launched a special book about how the court has improved.

The book talks about new technology, alternative ways to solve disputes, and friendly courts called Lok Adalats.

The event ended with a dinner where everyone talked together in a friendly setting.
