Justice Jain: Bar-bench coordination key to speedy DRT justice
Judges and lawyers are like a sports team — when they work well together, the game goes smoothly.
A very important judge named Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain visited a court office in Jaipur that helps recover money owed to banks.
He said judges and lawyers must coordinate so people can get justice faster.

Justice Jain praised Presiding Officer Vimal Gupta's efforts in strengthening judicial administration, expediting case disposal, and promoting alternative dispute resolution and Lok Adalats.
A special publication titled 'Reimagining Recovery, Reinforcing Justice – A Journey of Reform, Innovation, and Justice' was unveiled during the event.
Advocates discussed judicial procedures, professional conduct, alternative dispute resolution, institutional cooperation, and the role of young lawyers in strengthening justice delivery.
