NCB Uncovers Bengaluru-Kerala Cocaine Route Involving Seven Arrests
The Narcotics Control Bureau says it found a drug supply route between Bengaluru and Kerala.
The agency says cocaine was bought in Bengaluru and supplied in Kerala.
Seven people were arrested in connection with the case.
Those arrested included a DJ, an IT employee, three people deported from the United Arab Emirates and two foreign nationals.
The NCB first intercepted three people in Kozhikode with cocaine.
Officials then questioned them and identified more people allegedly connected to the network.
The agency says it seized 33.1 grams of cocaine worth Rs 16,55,000.
The NCB says it is continuing its investigation to find other links.

Officials intercepted three people at Kozhikode’s Feroke Railway Station with 8.12 grams of cocaine on 10 September.
The agency arrested Nigerian national Chizoba Helen Anthony and Zimbabwean national Mufukare Vittalis Tadiswanashe in Bengaluru.
The NCB said it seized 33.1 grams of cocaine valued at Rs 16,55,000 and is pursuing further leads.
