Grasim Industries Reports Net Profit Of ₹3,846.28 Crore
Grasim Industries is a very big company in India.
It is part of the Aditya Birla Group.
Every few months, companies tell everyone how much money they earned.
Grasim said it earned a profit of about ₹3,846 crore between April and June 2026.
That is nearly 39 per cent more than it earned in the same months last year, which means it did better.
Its sales also went up, from about ₹40,118 crore to ₹48,716 crore.
Grasim also gave ₹2,880 crore to another company it owns, Aditya Birla Capital, so it now owns more than half of it.
It also decided to buy a renewable energy company called Solenergi Power.
This shows Grasim wants to grow in clean energy.

Grasim Industries Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹3,846.28 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, up 38.82 per cent year-on-year.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹48,716.20 crore from ₹40,118.08 crore in the same quarter last year.
Profit before tax increased to ₹5,183.12 crore, while basic earnings per share rose to ₹31.64 from ₹20.93.
Grasim invested ₹2,880 crore in Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL), which raised ₹4,000 crore through a preferential allotment, giving Grasim a 52.30 per cent fully diluted stake.
Aditya Birla Renewables Limited agreed on 13 July 2026 to buy 100 per cent of Solenergi Power Private Limited (SPPL) from Shell Overseas Investments B.V. at an enterprise value of about ₹17,200 crore.
