High Court Orders Inquiry Into KPHB Custodial Torture Allegations

He says they threatened him and later made him an accused in the case.
He also says he received medical treatment after being released.

The recordings must be shown to the court.

A 40-year-old occupational therapist alleged police assaulted him and applied headache ointment to his private parts during the night of August 3-4.
The court directed the Cyberabad police commissioner to investigate and preserve CCTV footage from the station for that night.
The petitioner was later named as the first accused in a case concerning a 17-year-old domestic worker who went missing.
His lawyer sought a magisterial inquiry, compensation of Rs 15 lakh and transfer of the criminal investigation to a senior officer from another commissionerate.
