New Secretariat Schedule Lets Public Meet CM Satheesan
V D Satheesan is creating set times for people to meet him at the Secretariat.
People can come on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Meetings will happen from 3 pm until 5.30 pm, unless it is a public holiday.
Older people and people with disabilities will be helped first.
They will meet officials at the Grievance Redressal Cell.
Other visitors will then meet the Chief Minister in his office.
People who already have appointments can also attend.
The new schedule starts on September 2.
On other days, officials will accept complaints at the cell from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Chief Minister V D Satheesan will meet visitors at the Secretariat on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Public meetings will take place from 3 pm to 5.30 pm, except on public holidays.
Elderly people, persons with disabilities and those with physical difficulties will be seen first at the Grievance Redressal Cell.
Other visitors and people with prior appointments will meet the Chief Minister at his office afterward.
The arrangement begins September 2, while designated officials will receive complaints on other days from 3 pm to 5 pm.
