The men were suspected of being connected to gangster Himanshu Bhau.

Police found them traveling in a Mahindra Thar in Bakkarwala.

Officers said the vehicle tried to escape after being told to stop.

It crashed into another vehicle near a flyover.

Police said the two men then fired at them.

Officers returned fire, and both suspects were hurt and arrested.

They were taken to a hospital, where they received treatment.

Police recovered two pistols and are investigating whether other gang members were involved.
