UP Police Kills Two Alleged Shooters in Baliyan Murder Case
Police said two men suspected of killing singer Ankit Baliyan were killed during an encounter in Shamli.
The men were identified as Sumit and Mohit.
Each had a reward of Rs 50,000.
Police said the men fired at officers during a checking operation.
Officers then fired back, and the two suspects later died in hospital.
Two police head constables were also injured.
Investigators said six people may be connected to the killing.
Police are still trying to arrest other suspects and people accused of helping them.
