But the company did not take the money in time, so the permission went away.

Now the company is trying to get a new loan.

Some work is already happening, and the company also wants to sell part of the land to get money.

There is another stopped building project called Kala Sankul that needs about 20 crore rupees to finish.

A different city authority is asking the state government to give money for that project.

This way, the city hopes to complete its development plans.
