TV Narendran Emerges as Frontrunner for Tata Sons Chairmanship
A big company in India called Tata Sons needs a new boss.
The current boss, N Chandrasekaran, has said he will stop after February 2027.
People are now talking about who should take over.
One person being discussed is TV Narendran, who runs Tata Steel, another company in the same group.
Narendran has worked for Tata Steel for a very long time, since 1988.
He studied engineering and business management before joining.
He helped the company grow in Southeast Asia and became the boss of Tata Steel in 2013.
The group's owners, called Tata Trusts, will have a big say in who gets the job.
The new boss will have to take care of many businesses, including Air India.
