29‑Year‑Old Pune Engineer Dies by Suicide After Jumping
A 29‑year‑old computer engineer from Odisha was living in a rented apartment in an upscale society in Hadapsar, Pune.
He was working for a private IT company.
On a Saturday night, he jumped from the 15th floor of the building and died.
Residents heard a loud thud, found him in a pool of blood, and called the police.
Police say that he had been having serious fights with his wife and was in the process of getting a divorce, which may have led him to take this tragic step.
An Accidental Death Report was filed and the investigation is still ongoing.
His family has come from Odisha to Pune to deal with the situation.
