Trisha's saree creates tricolour moment with Vijay's parents

India has a special day called Independence Day, when people celebrate their country becoming free.

This year was the 80th Independence Day.

In Chennai, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Vijay, raised the national flag for the very first time as the leader.

Vijay is also a very famous movie star, and his friend, actress Trisha Krishnan, came to watch the ceremony.

She wore a traditional dress called a saree, which was yellow or orange — different news reports described the colour a bit differently.

Later, Trisha shared pictures and said the saree belonged to her own mother and that she had done her own makeup.

Trisha sat in the front row next to Vijay's parents, and the colours everyone wore — her orange-yellow outfit, his father's white clothes, and his mother's green saree — accidentally matched the three colours of the Indian flag.

Videos of this happy moment spread all over the internet.

Some people think Trisha and Vijay might be dating, but neither of them has confirmed it.

Vijay gave a speech at the event, saying his government is working to stop corruption.
