Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a special dinner for BRICS leaders in New Delhi.

The dinner was completely vegetarian.

It was designed to show the guests many types of Indian food.

The meal began with Khandvi Mille and mushroom kebabs called Khumb Galouti.

The main dishes included paneer, mushrooms, vegetables, lentils, millet pulao and Indian breads.

Guests also received pomegranate juice and coconut water.

For dessert, they were served fruit cream with jalebi and a rice pudding called Shahtoot Phirni.

The menu included millets, which are nutritious grains that can support sustainable farming.
