India is hosting an important BRICS meeting in Delhi on 12 and 13 September 2026.

Leaders and other guests will stay at luxury hotels.

The hotels are preparing special foods from different parts of India.

These include kebabs, spiced walnuts, regional snacks and millet-based dishes.

One hotel will serve an edible lotus made with rose, saffron and cardamom.

The lotus was chosen because it is India’s national flower.

The summit will include meetings, a cultural exhibition, photographs and a gala dinner.

The event is meant to help BRICS countries work together on resilience, innovation, cooperation and sustainability.
