A new hospital for older people and seriously ill patients opened in Visakhapatnam.

It is called the Sneha Sandhya Age Care Foundation.

Nara Lokesh opened the main building on Monday.

The hospital has five floors and 120 beds.

It offers special care to help elderly and palliative-care patients.

Many donors and organisations helped build it.

The hospital also uses solar power for more than half of its energy needs.

Lokesh said the Andhra Pradesh government would continue supporting the facility.
