Haryana CM Says Technology Can Cut Farm Costs
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said technology can help farmers spend less money.
It can also reduce the amount of manual work needed on farms.
He said useful technology should be affordable and easy to repair near villages.
Farmers were encouraged to test their soil and use the right amount of fertiliser.
