Ajinkya Rahane on MS Dhoni's Leadership: 'His Room Was Open'

Ajinkya Rahane is a very famous cricket player from India.

He just told everyone why MS Dhoni, another famous cricket captain, was such a great leader.

Dhoni was very calm and just a normal, friendly person.

His hotel room was almost always open, so teammates could come in, hang out, and talk.

Sometimes 10 to 15 people, or even the whole team, would be in his room.

But if his door was closed, everyone knew not to go in.

Rahane also shared that he stops using social media during cricket matches.

A player named Ben Stokes told him to try that back in 2017.

Instead, he watches shows, reads books, talks to his family, and gets his clothes ready.

Rahane recently said goodbye to international cricket after playing for almost 20 years.
