Hyundai has confirmed that its next SUV for India will be called the Bayon.

The company used the words “BRING IT ON” in its teaser campaign before revealing the name.

Its new tagline is “Intelligence ON.”

The name comes from Bayonne, a city in France’s Basque region.

Spy photos give clues about how the SUV may look.

It could have roof rails, special lights and two digital screens inside.

Hyundai has not yet announced the engine details.

Reports suggest it may get a petrol engine and possibly a factory-fitted CNG version.

The Bayon is expected to fit between the smaller Venue and the larger Creta.
