Army Man Shoots Wife Dead, Arrested After Fleeing in Morena

A soldier in the Indian Army is accused of shooting his wife during a family argument.

The woman, who was 30 years old, died from her injuries.

Her husband took her to a hospital, but when he learned she had died, he left her body there and ran away.

The hospital called the police right away.

Police set up checkpoints nearby and caught the soldier.

The police also registered a case against his parents.

The wife's father says her in-laws are responsible for her death and wants them punished.

Police say the couple had been having family problems for a long time.

Officers are still trying to find the weapon and figure out exactly what happened.
