Kashi Holds Special Ganga Aarti for Nepal Flood Victims
People in Kashi held a special prayer ceremony for flood victims.
The ceremony took place at Dashashwamedh Ghat beside the Ganga.
It was organised by the Gangotri Seva Samiti.
People prayed for those who died and for injured people to recover.
They also prayed for the safety of families affected by the floods.
Everyone observed two minutes of silence to remember the dead.
They lit lamps and offered prayers to the river.
