UP Scholarship 2026-27 Registration Begins August 11 Online

Every year, the government of Uttar Pradesh in India helps students who do not have much money to keep going to school and college.

This help is called a scholarship.

On August 11, 2026, the government opened the online application for this year's help.

Students in classes 9 to 12 can apply right away, and older students can apply a little later in September.

The money can be used for school fees, study materials and other course costs.

To get the money, a student's family income must be less than 2 lakh rupees a year.

The money is sent straight to the student's bank account, so the account must be linked to an Aadhaar card.

Students fill out a form on the official website and upload their documents.

Many students have been helped before — over two crore students in the last nine years.

Students must remember to apply before the last dates, or they will have to wait until next year.
