NCLT Approves Record 107 Resolution Plans in Second Quarter
The National Company Law Tribunal, or NCLT, decides whether certain business rescue plans can go ahead.
In the second quarter of FY27, it approved 107 plans, more than in any earlier quarter since it began in 2017.
