Woman attacked, gold chain snatched in Bengaluru early hours
A woman named Vijayamma was going home alone early in the morning.
It was about 5:15 am, and she was on a quiet road in a place called Nelagadaranahalli in Bengaluru.
Two men on a motorcycle followed her because she was by herself.
One man was wearing a mask and grabbed her, while the other kicked her.
They wanted to take the gold chain she was wearing around her neck.
Vijayamma screamed for help, and a street dog heard her and came to try to help.
Even with the dog's help, the men pulled the chain off her neck and rode away quickly.
The men were careful not to get caught because their motorcycle did not have a number plate.
The police at the Peenya police station are now looking at camera footage to find the men and keep everyone safe.
Vijayamma, who runs a milk business with her husband, was attacked while returning home alone at around 5:15 am.

One masked suspect grabbed her while the second kicked her as they tried to snatch her gold chain.
A street dog reportedly approached after hearing her cries and attempted to confront the attackers.
The motorcycle had no number plate, and a case has been registered at the Peenya police station with CCTV footage being examined.
