Bengaluru Woman's Gold Chain Snatched Despite Stray Dog's Attempt
Early one morning in Bengaluru, a woman named Vijayamma was walking home after closing her milk shop.
Two men on a scooter came up behind her.
One of the men got off the scooter, grabbed her, and pushed her to the ground.
He snatched her gold chain, called a mangalsutra, and tried to run away.
Vijayamma screamed for help.
A stray dog heard her screaming and rushed over to help.
The dog tried to stop the attacker, but it could not.
The thief escaped with the gold chain.
A street camera recorded the whole event, and the video was shared online.
Now the police are looking for the two men.

One of the suspects grabbed her from behind and forced her to the ground before snatching her mangalsutra.
A stray dog rushed toward the attacker after hearing her screams but failed to stop him from fleeing with the jewellery.
The assault was captured on CCTV, and the footage has since surfaced on social media.
Police have registered a complaint and launched an investigation to identify and trace the accused.
