JeM Threat Forces West Bengal CM to Use Bulletproof Vehicle
Suvendu Adhikari is the chief minister of West Bengal, a state in India.
Police found out that a dangerous group from Pakistan, called Jaish-e-Mohammed, was planning to hurt him.
Because of this, he started using a special car that can protect him from bullets.
He first used it on a Sunday night when he went from his home in Kanthi to the city of Kolkata.
A few days earlier, one of his close helpers was killed by attackers, which made the security team decide to use the safe car.
Now he will travel in it whenever he feels unsafe.
The police also arrested two people who were connected to the threat.
This helps keep the chief minister safe from danger.

Special Task Force uncovered a plot linked to Jaish-e-Mohammed after arresting suspect Hamim Mondal and aide Arpita Sarkar.
The suspect and aide had ties to Shahzad Bhatti Network, a Pakistan-based terrorist group.
The CM had already begun using the vehicle on Sunday evening, traveling from Kanthi to Kolkata.
The CM’s aide Chandranath Rath was assassinated on May 6, prompting security upgrades.
