Maharashtra fast-tracks Bhagwati Port cruise terminal for Konkan tourism

The government of Maharashtra, a state in India, wants to build a big new terminal for cruise ships at Bhagwati Port in Ratnagiri.

A feasibility study is done, and the detailed project report is almost ready.

The minister also said the project should protect nature and support local communities.
