Delhi Readies for BRICS Summit with Lights, Flowers, Signage
Delhi is being decorated because India is hosting the BRICS Summit.

Workers are adding lights, flowers and special signs around important parts of the city.
They are focusing on roads between the airport, hotels and Bharat Mandapam.
Many roundabouts, hotels and public buildings will be lit up.
