Stalin addresses Tamil diaspora, highlights concerns

The Tamil Nadu government distributed a total cash gift of Rs 6,123.26 Crore to ration card holders and Sri Lankan Tamil refugees.
The cash gift of Rs 3000 was distributed through 24,924 fair price shops across the state, along with Pongal gift hampers.
