YSRCP Leaders Mark YSR Anniversary With Jalabhishekam
YSRCP members gathered in Nellore to remember former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
The event was held on his 17th death anniversary.
They placed flowers and a garland on his statue.
They also poured water over the statue in a ceremony called Jalabhishekam.
The water came from three reservoirs: Somasila, Kandaleru, and Sangam.
Party leaders said YSR helped agriculture through irrigation projects.
They also praised welfare programs started during his time in office.
They said YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is carrying forward YSR’s ideas.
