Hyderabad Home Registrations Stabilise After Recent Market Volatility

People in Hyderabad registered 6,166 homes in July 2026.

This was slightly more than in July last year.

It was also more than the number registered in June.

The total value of these homes was Rs4,447 crore.

Home registrations had changed sharply in May and June after property guidance values were revised.

By July, activity had become steadier.

In the first seven months of 2026, 44,158 homes were registered.

Knight Frank India said demand remained strong, especially among people buying homes for their own use.
