Nitin Nabin Chairs First Meeting With New BJP Team
Nitin Nabin, the BJP’s new president, held his first meeting with the party’s new national team.
The meeting took place in New Delhi on Saturday, August 22.

The meeting followed the recitation of all six stanzas of the national song Vande Mataram.
Leaders discussed preparations for upcoming state assembly elections, grassroots mobilisation and communicating government initiatives.
The new 65-member team has 51 new faces, including 13 vice presidents, eight general secretaries, 12 women and six minority-community leaders.
The reshuffle retained several senior officials, changed the IT and Yuva Morcha leadership, and prompted speculation about a possible Cabinet reshuffle.
