Imposter DSP Arrested in ₹1.20-Crore Investment Fraud Case

Police said he posed as a Deputy Superintendent of Police from Tirupati and targeted victims in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
He allegedly attracted investments in non-existent ventures by promising large returns within a short period.
Police said he used property documents and post-dated cheques to gain trust, then allegedly threatened victims as an “encounter specialist.”
The accused, wanted since 2021, was arrested in Rayachoti and remanded to judicial custody after a case involving ₹1.20 crore.
