The Total Chess World Championship Tour is a new event that will decide the best chess player in different formats like blitz, rapid, and fast classic.

Magnus Carlsen, a famous chess player, will be part of this event.

Five Indian players have also qualified for this event.

They are Gukesh Dommaraju, Vaishali R, Arjun Erigaisi, Praggnanandhaa R, and Viswanathan Anand.

The event will be held in Budapest, Hungary, from November 10 to 21, 2024.

It is backed by Norwegian footballer Erling Haaland.

The Indian players are excited to compete and represent their country, while the international chess community is looking forward to seeing their skills.
