The RSF has said they will stop fighting for three months, which is called a truce.
This comes after the US suggested a plan for a truce and peace talks.
However, the Sudanese army leader rejected this plan, saying it would weaken his forces.
The war in Sudan started in April 2023 and has caused many people to suffer and die, especially in places like Darfur and Kordofan.
Both the leaders of the army and the RSF have been punished by the US for their actions.
