IIHM Bengaluru students explore creativity, communication and sustainability through skills
Students at the International Institute of Hotel Management in Bengaluru took part in fun learning activities.
The programme was called 'Skill Thrill Gen Z'.

The 'Scratch Up Pitch' challenged students to present an idea within two minutes, requiring them to structure and communicate their thoughts effectively.
First-year students joined the 'Dessert Island Debate', where they selected three items for a hypothetical desert island and defended their choices.
The Circle of Masters organised the 'Sustainable Hotels through Sustainable Classrooms' poster-making activity on sustainability practices.
Discussions highlighted the changing hospitality and tourism sector and skills such as communication, adaptability, creativity, technological awareness and responsible professional practices.
Students from Food Production, Rooms Division and Food & Beverage created short videos showcasing sustainability practices in their classrooms.
