Realty Firms’ June-Quarter Sales Bookings Fall, Godrej Leads

In the April-June quarter of FY27, 28 major listed developers booked ₹39,964 crore in sales.
That was 21% lower than the ₹50,900 crore booked a year earlier.
Godrej Properties had the highest bookings at ₹8,651 crore.
