Godrej Properties Eyes Over ₹20,000 Crore Operating Cash Flow by FY28
Godrej Properties is a big company that builds homes in India.
The person in charge, Pirojsha Godrej, told reporters that the company expects to earn a lot of money over the next two years.
He said the company should get more than Rs 20,000 crore in operating cash flow by early 2028.
That money would help the company buy land and build more homes.
People are buying many homes, which helps the company grow.
In the last three months, the company sold homes worth Rs 8,651 crore.
That is 22 per cent more than the same time last year.
Even though sales are strong, the company's profit went down because it finished fewer homes during that time.
The company plans to finish 13.5 million square feet of housing this year.
It is focusing on five big city areas in India.
Godrej Properties expects over Rs 20,000 crore of operating cash flow over the next seven quarters through Q4 FY28.
Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej said June quarter sales bookings rose 22 per cent to Rs 8,651 crore.
The company is targeting Rs 39,000 crore in sales bookings for fiscal 2026-27, after selling Rs 34,171 crore worth in 2025-26.
Consolidated net profit fell 42 per cent to Rs 349.38 crore in the June quarter on lower income and fewer deliveries.
The company aims to deliver 13.5 million sq ft in 2026-27 after delivering 12.1 million sq ft in 2025-26.
