Shares closed almost flat at Rs 811, down 0.33%, though down 28.15% on a year-to-date basis.
Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal said revenue recognition was influenced by project timelines and highlighted the company's entry into branded residences via a Tonino Lamborghini partnership.
