Amitabh Bachchan Leases Three Mumbai Floors for Rs 33 Lakh
A famous Indian actor named Amitabh Bachchan owns office space in a city called Mumbai.
He has decided to let a company called TruNativ use three floors of a building.
TruNativ makes nutrition products.
The building is called the Signature building, in a part of Mumbai called Andheri West.
TruNativ will pay Amitabh Bachchan Rs 33 lakh every month, which is a very large amount of money.
The space is about 8,428 square feet.
The deal will last for five years, starting on August 15, 2026.
TruNativ also paid a big security deposit of Rs 1.98 crore.
The rent will go up a little bit every year.
This deal shows that Amitabh Bachchan owns a lot of valuable property in Mumbai.
Amitabh Bachchan has leased three commercial floors in Mumbai's Andheri West to nutrition brand TruNativ F&B Private Limited for a monthly rent of Rs 33 lakh.
The floors are in the Signature building on Link Road in Oshiwara, Andheri West, with a cumulative carpet area of approximately 8,428 sq ft.
The five-year lease began on August 15, 2026, with total rent of about Rs 21.88 crore and a security deposit of Rs 1.98 crore.
The deal works out to roughly Rs 392 per sq ft per month, with a 5% annual rent increase and nine designated parking spaces for TruNativ.
Bachchan previously leased four office units in the same Signature building to Warner Music Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 17.30 lakh per month.
