A man named Cesar Gastelum made videos on TikTok, and more than 600,000 people followed him.
One day, while he was filming a live video in front of a fast-food restaurant, two people wearing helmets rode up to him on a motorcycle.
They hurt him very seriously, and he did not survive.
The police believe the people did this because he had posted things online about a dangerous criminal group.
