In India, a big group of elected leaders meets in a huge building called Parliament to make new rules for the country.

This round of meetings was called the Monsoon Session.

But two big teams of leaders argued a lot and could not agree.

One team, called the BJP, blamed a leader from the other team, Rahul Gandhi, for blocking the work.

They said he kept changing what he wanted to talk about, like a soccer player moving the goal.

The other team wanted to talk about problems like a big exam mess called NEET and the police being tough with students.

The BJP said the government was ready to talk about everything, even for a whole day, but the other side still refused.

The leaders could not agree, so they ended the meetings on Thursday.

Some new rules were passed without much talking.

The leaders will probably try again another time.
