Arkade Developers is planning four large housing redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
They will be built in Malad West, Kandivali West, Kandivali East and Borivali West.
Together, the projects cover about 11.17 acres.
They may create around 15 lakh square feet of homes that can be sold.
The company estimates that sales from all four projects could total about ₹5,000 crore.
The biggest project is in Yogi Nagar, Borivali West.

The projects bring several nearby properties together so they can be rebuilt as larger developments.

The four projects are expected to have a combined construction area of approximately 51 lakh sq ft.
