Arkade Developers is planning four large housing redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs.

The company estimates that sales from all four projects could total about ₹5,000 crore.

The biggest project is in Yogi Nagar, Borivali West.

It could provide about 9 lakh square feet of saleable space.

The projects bring several nearby properties together so they can be rebuilt as larger developments.
